Your Tasks
Responsibility for the development of product packaging and demo materials for MED EL hearing solutions, as well as lifecycle management of the entire portfolio
Develop design strategies, concepts and prototypes to create an outstanding first-use-experience and clearly communicate product benefits
Act as owner and project lead for demo material development
Create compelling unboxing experiences; manage packaging projects end to end while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, product safety standards, and timelines
Work closely with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to enable customer‑centric product design
Your Profile
Bachelor´s degree or higher (University, FH) and hands‑on experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields with strong practical focus
Customer‑focused and open‑minded personality with excellent communication skills and a proactive working style
Experience in product and project management, user‑centric design, product development and launch activities is an advantage
Interest in agile methodologies and design thinking approaches; advanced Microsoft Office skills
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Further Information Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
