Own the strategy and execution of how customers discover, learn, and engage with product capabilities. Own tooltips, tours, checklists, announcements, and other in-platform guidance. Build scalable ways to help users discover, understand, and adopt key features. Partner with Product Marketing on launch messaging and in-product education.
Customer Experience & Adoption Identify friction points across onboarding, reporting, and platform usage. Use customer feedback and product data to improve activation, engagement, and retention. Define success metrics and measure impact after launch. Product Execution Lead initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Customer Success. Clarify scope, tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks early. JamLoop JamLoop is building the next generation of performance-driven advertising for the streaming TV era, connecting advertising to real business outcomes.
