In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Drive the innovation process for reagent products in cooperation with Hardware/Software Product Managers, R&D, Strategic Marketing, and Regional Units based on customer needs, workflow solution approaches, and adapting technical and scientific trends including reference points of market and competitors.

Develop product business plans for the reagent product portfolio. Create business plans for development projects that translate product ideas into commercially effective solutions. Establish, in conjunction with sales and marketing, a commercial infrastructure to support the reagents business and generate recurring revenue.

Scout for partnerships with external companies that fill gaps within the LMS product line. Build relationships and negotiate with external companies that possess the potential to become partners and/or acquisition targets to further LMS’s reagents business. Analyze product portfolio positioning, markets, and global pricing.

Obtain voice of customer market feedback to evaluate customer experience. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management for reagent products Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences or engineering required.
