We've raised $3.5M from HPI Ventures, the fund tied to the institute of SAP co-founder Hasso Plattner, along with other strong backers. We already work with Fortune 500 and DAX 40 companies, including Mercedes-Benz. The role You’ll be the person who decides what we build next, and why.

You’ll lead our two solution architects — the people who carry our SAP domain depth — and turn what they know about real transformation projects into a roadmap our engineers can ship. This is an early-stage PM role in the full sense: strategy and backlog, customer discovery and acceptance criteria, the big roadmap call and the unglamorous ticket.

You’ll do IC work alongside the thinking, and your decisions will show up in the product within weeks, running inside some of the largest SAP landscapes in Europe.

What you need • 4+ years hands-on SAP experience, functional or product side — S/4HANA transformation, fit-to-standard, and module-level depth in at least one core area like FI, SD, or PP • 2+ years product experience: you've owned a roadmap, prioritized with engineering, and shipped features to real users — title doesn't matter, ownership does • Understanding of the SAP transformation lifecycle (Discover → Prepare → Explore → Realize) deep enough to talk credibly to consultants and IT leads at enterprise clients • Strong AI curiosity — you've actually built or worked with LLM/agentic tooling, not just read about it • Comfort in an early-stage environment: ambiguity, speed, IC work alongside strategy • Fluent English; German is a plus for our DACH client base You might be a fit if • You've sat inside an S/4HANA programme and thought "half of this should be software" — and can name which half • You've been the person consultants trust on module questions and the person engineers trust to write a clear spec • You've built something with LLMs — a prototype, an internal tool, an agent — and formed opinions about where they break • You want your product decisions to run inside DAX 40 landscapes within weeks, not sit in a committee for quarters What we offer • Real ownership.
