As Service Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development of an innovative portfolio of service and digital solutions, working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Sales, Service, Engineering, and Digitalization.

Responsibilities • Your Mission: Develop and manage innovative service and digital solutions. • Identify market opportunities and customer needs and translate them into scalable products and services. • Define product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans that unlock new growth opportunities and revenue streams. • Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept development through successful market adoption and scaling. • Monitor product performance through relevant KPIs and drive data-based decision-making. • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver global growth initiatives. • Drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and features in digital service products.

Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum of five years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, Business Transformation, or a comparable role. • Experience working in an international industrial environment, ideally within the food, chemical, consumer goods, or process industries. • Proven track record of developing, launching, or scaling products, services, or digital solutions. • Experience with digital innovation, agile methodology, and digital service sales. • Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent analytical capabilities. • Fluent English skills (C1 level), good German language skills (minimum B2 level), and willingness to travel internationally approximately 20–40 days per year.
