About the Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities • Manage onboarding and training for new customers • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and issues • Coordinate and track project progress and deliverables • Lead customer meetings and regular check-ins • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution • Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and processes • Collect feedback and provide insights to product and leadership teams • Prepare regular reports on project and customer status Technical Expertise • 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Experience with CRM and project management tools • Quick learner with an interest in technology and continuous improvement • Team player with a proactive and customer-first mindset • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field What We Offer • A collaborative and supportive team environment • Opportunities for career growth and development • Exposure to international clients and projects • Competitive compensation and benefits • A chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing company Get in touch.
