Your Mission You drive the development, positioning, and continuous improvement of our global service portfolio, ensuring strong customer value and alignment with the EOS strategy.

You translate market needs, customer requirements, and business objectives into scalable service products and sustainable business models across the entire service lifecycle.

You act as a key interface between Service, Sales, Product Management, and other stakeholders, creating a compelling and consistent value proposition for our service offerings.

You enable commercial success by supporting go-to-market activities, pricing strategies, portfolio planning, and the effective positioning of services within the EOS sales organization.

You continuously monitor business performance, demand, and resource requirements while driving improvements through data‑driven decision-making, documentation, training, and stakeholder enablement.

Proven experience (at least 3‑5 years) in Product Management, Service Product Management, or a comparable role, including responsibility for portfolio development, pricing, and go‑to‑market activities. Experience managing products or services throughout their lifecycle, from concept development to market introduction and continuous optimization.

Experience with Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems is an advantage. Excellent analytical thinking and a structured working style with the ability to structure complex topics and deliver results within deadlines. Fluent English skills, German is a big plus.
