• End-to-end product ownership: You take full responsibility for our telemedicine product and continuously develop it both strategically and operationally. • Roadmap: You design and own the product roadmap. • Market & trend analysis: You monitor the market, competitors and current trends and identify opportunities for new features, services and business models. • Pricing: You develop the product's pricing strategy. • Lifecycle management: You manage the entire product lifecycle. • Requirements management: In close cooperation with business units and development teams, you define and prioritize functional requirements. • Interface management: You act as the link between project management, IT, Sales, Marketing, Support and external partners. • KPIs & performance: You track product and business metrics and evaluate performance.

Requirements • Degree in Business Informatics, Health Management, Medical Informatics or a comparable qualification • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager • German language skills at C1 level (CEFR) or higher • Industry knowledge in the eHealth sector is a plus • Strong communication skills and experience creating and delivering presentations and training • Experience in professional communication and coordination with stakeholders • Confident use of common visualization tools to create concepts, process diagrams or user journeys • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience working with collaboration tools such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Teams • Interest in innovations in healthcare Core Competencies Demonstrates end-to-end product ownership in telemedicine, with expertise in product roadmap design, market analysis, and lifecycle management.
