What Will Expect You In This Role • Define and execute the product roadmap for DIFI based virtual SATCOM products in alignment with business goals and market needs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, operations) to ensure product success from concept to launch • Conduct market analysis and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement • Gather, analyze, and document technical and functional requirements for our virtual SATCOM products in collaboration with customers • Maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations • Leads high-level stakeholder gate reviews, presenting project status, risks, and ROI recommendations to secure go/no-go decisions • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction post-launch What You Can Contribute • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or related field • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SATCOM or similar industries. • Good understanding of satellite communication technologies, standards, and market trends • Proven expertise in defining product level technical requirements, working with complex systems and managing sub-suppliers • Understanding of cloud technologies and platforms like AWS, Azure or other cloud providers • Knowledge of VITA 49.2 based DIFI protocol and IP networking desirable • Experience with RF systems, modems, ground stations, or satellite payloads desirable • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed • Good knowledge in English and German (added advantage) What We Offer • You will receive a thorough and careful induction with us • You will have an innovative and international working environment with modern, well-equipped workstations • The attractive Alpine foothills, near Munich, offer very good transport connections via the highway (A8) and public transport (S-Bahn S3 and BRB) • You benefit from flexible working hours as part of a 40-hour week with 30 vacation days • You will receive a salary in line with your skills and previous experience • Profit sharing, salary optimization "More net for the gross" including bike and PC leasing, Germany Ticket and a company pension scheme are part of our "WORK-Benefit-Program" • During breaks, you can use table tennis, darts and much more in our recreation room and you can also enjoy a weekly exercise break • We participate in social projects and are also happy to support you in your social commitment with paid time off work We do not process applications received from headhunters or recruiters. • WORK Microwave GmbH • Presence / Mobile • Work experience • Fulltime WORK Microwave - world leading top technologies.
