In this role, you will: Define and continuously iterate product requirements for how to leverage AI to maximize the user experience for our voice AI users Define and implement customization options for users at our partners’ companies (e.g., Automotive OEMs), as well as end users’ needs regarding onboarding and a personalized experience (e.g., drivers) Drive product- led growth by leveraging a free entry point and building a consistent journey with a freemium package and meaningful paid tiers Conduct market research and work closely with the Business Development department to ensure pursuing user-relevant offerings Be frequently in touch with our partners and other third parties to identify opportunities and drive collaboration agreements where needed Collaborate with the Engineering department to identify the best scalable architecture & solutions that fulfill product requirements while considering an optimized effort-/benefit-ratio Consider and coordinate both frontend and backend implications Prioritize feature roadmap and organize backlog for this team Work closely with Product Management leadership to ensure alignment of this endeavor with the broader Product Strategy We would love to hear from you if: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management and understand the concept of product-centricity/product-led growth You have successfully shipped software products at scale in fast-paced environments You are used to working with cross-functional teams spread across timezones You are comfortable working in a remote-first/hybrid setup You know how to deal with the pain of trade-offs in the context of product decisions You enjoy working with a high-degree of autonomy and self-motivation You are a team player and pleasant to work with You have an advanced degree in a technical or business field We’d be especially excited if you know about the specific context of Generative AI or Large Language Models, or if you are familiar with voice/audio space.

This role is part of our Automotive & IoT division and is ideally based in Berlin, Germany, where we have our German office. The main scope of this role is to work on the core of our voice AI product, enhancing the experience and continuing our path as an industry trailblazer with a best-in-class user experience.
