Key Responsibilities Liaison Between Business and IT : Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and requirements.
Implementation Guidance : Work closely with cross domain platform teams to ensure successful implementation of product features and enhancements.
Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, develop HLSD (High Level Solution Design) Agile Coaching : Provide agile coaching and mentorship to teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices. Proven experience as a liaison between business and IT teams.

Product Understanding : Develop a deep understanding of our products, including their features, functionalities, and technical requirements. Stakeholder Management : Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
Performance Monitoring : Monitor product performance and user feedback, identifying areas for improvement and driving necessary changes. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in agile coaching. Technical Skills: Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
