Familiarity with healthcare regulations, interoperability standards, and digital ecosystem strategies; excellent stakeholder management.

Data-driven with KPI/business case experience and strong analytical/strategic thinking.
•
Fluent business English; willingness to travel 25–30%.
Your Role
•
Define, drive, and lifecycle-manage ZEISS Collaborative Care within the ZEISS Medical Ecosystem.
•
Translate customer needs and market insights into scalable digital solutions; collaborate with customers, Sectors, R&D, UX, and partners.
•
Lead vision through development, launch, adoption, and optimization; ensure alignment with strategic objectives and ecosystem vision.
•
Prioritize backlog with Product Owners/architects; drive delivery, adoption, and measurable value (KPIs).
•
Lead product launches and market introduction; ensure interoperability with ZEISS platforms/partner solutions and support go-to-market activities.
