Responsibilities You take ownership of educational content across the entire customer journey and ensure our customers understand HERO faster, use it more actively, and derive long-term value from our software.
You build a scalable content engine — from Academy courses and product videos to short, activating formats for social media and our HERO community of over 9,000 members. You think video-first and develop formats that explain features clearly, understandably and practically — from the initial script to the finished asset.
You support feature launches with tailored content such as videos, guides, short explainers, community posts and social snippets so new features are not only visible but also adopted. You evolve our HERO Academy as the central learning hub for customers and create content that genuinely helps in day-to-day work.
You work closely with Social Media, Community and Product Marketing to distribute content smartly across channels and communicate messages consistently. You analyze which content really works and optimize it based on data with a focus on adoption, engagement and customer success.
You have a strong hands‑on mentality and not only design content conceptually but also produce it yourself. You have a keen sense for strong video, learning and social formats and know what makes content genuinely relevant and activating.
You are happy to appear on camera for suitable formats and come across as likeable, confident and easy to understand. You work in a structured way and view content not as a one-off action but as a scalable system. You are interested in AI tools and use them to produce content more efficiently, smarter and more effectively.
You have an interest in SaaS products, user behavior and customer education and understand how effective content truly helps customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
