Job DescriptionIn the role of a Product Marketing Manager you willDrive product definition from a market perspective, translating customer requirements and application challenges into differentiated SiConic platform solutionsShape the SiConic platform strategy by combining customer insight, market trends, and business impact (including ROI considerations)Provide structured input to Product Management for roadmap and feature prioritization based on market and application requirementsDefine and communicate competitive positioning and value propositions for SiConic solutionsRepresent Product Marketing in cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment between market needs and product implementation, compelling business case and pricing, lead customer validationDevelop introduction strategies for new solutions in close alignment with Sales and Business DevelopmentConsult senior management on market trends, customer validation strategies, and new application opportunitiesEstablish and manage strategic ecosystem partnerships to enable differentiated end-to-end solutionsJob RequirementsMust Qualifications:University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent)Several years of experience in silicon validation or test and/or years of experience in Marketing / Product Management (or equivalent)Profound understanding of electronic solutions (HW/SW) and their development processes and toolsProven customer experience – breaking into new market segments and user groupsAttitude to win – oftentimes requiring hands on problem solvingStructured approach to problem analysis and problem solvingExcellent interpersonal skills to work in cross-functional and global environmentStrong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to discuss technical and business solutions directly with industry leaders.Fluent English skills combined with an interest in travel (approx. 20%) in order to maintain relationship with customers and other Advantest sites in Asia, U.S. and Europe.Preferred Qualifications:Relevant experience in Semiconductor businessExperience with Semiconductor, EDA, Design, Design Verification, Silicon Validation, Test and Measurement, or Semiconductor Manufacturing flowExperience in strategic planningLeadership in cross functional teamsFluent German language skillsJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: Marketing
