Join our team now! Introduction Role Description As a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at Nova, you play a central role in shaping our product strategy. You lead product development through all phases of the lifecycle, define roadmaps, and prioritize features to deliver high‐quality, differentiated solutions to our customers.
With your deep understanding of the market, competition, and customer needs, you work closely with Engineering and R&D, drive development milestones, and oversee Alpha and Beta phases.
At the same time, you take ownership of our go‐to‐market activities, develop compelling sales tools, and support the business in field marketing and pre‐sales to ensure the commercial success of our products. Define and own the product roadmap , including feature prioritization and lifecycle management for the entire product division.
Collaborate closely with engineering , R&D , and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of development milestones. Engage directly with global customers to promote products, gather v oice‐of‐customer insights , and shape future roadmap decisions.
Manage technical product documentation , drive Alpha/Beta qualification phases, and provide market, competition, and customer insights for strategic decision‐making. Profile Academic degree in Chemistry , Physics , Materials Science or a related discipline Hands‐on experience
