Задачи:

• Manage product marketing across multiple products and brands;
• Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging;
• Develop go-to-market strategies and product launches;
• Conduct market, target audience, and competitor analyses;
• Develop websites and optimize conversion;
• Create sales enablement materials and collaborate closely with sales and product management;
• Develop whitepapers, use cases, infographics, and other marketing assets;
• Analyze performance, CRO, downloads, appointment bookings, and other KPIs.

Требования:

• 7+ Years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or positioning;
• Strong understanding of target audiences, products, and market positioning;
• Experience with launches, split tests, and CRO;
• Confident use of analytics tools such as GA4;
• Experience with CMS, websites, agencies, and design collaboration;
• Entrepreneurial senior mindset and strong ownership;
• Fluent German;
• Nice to have: experience in B2B, software, or SaaS;
• experience in healthcare or regulated markets;
• experience with AI tools for research and messaging;
• knowledge of CRM/lifecycle marketing.
