This role will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing programs that support sales growth, increase brand awareness, and align with global marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B life sciences marketing, experience in the bioprocessing industry, and a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Regional Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the US/CAN market, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies.
Market Analysis & Positioning : Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and messaging. Lead Generation & Nurturing : Plan and execute demand generation programs, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing to support pipeline growth.
Event Management : Lead regional trade shows, conferences, and customer events, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement. Budget & ROI Management : Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, tracking performance and optimizing spend to maximize return on investment.
Qualifications Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in regional marketing, preferably within the bioprocessing life sciences industry. Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and event management.
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and optimize strategies. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
