Overview
The Regional Marketing Product Manager is responsible for driving product marketing excellence across the European region by cultivating academic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), enabling sales through high-impact marketing collateral and customer insights, and executing co-marketing collaborations with strategic partners.
This role bridges global strategy and regional execution, ensuring products are positioned effectively to accelerate adoption, credibility, and revenue growth. Responsibilities Academic KOL Cultivation & Engagement — Identify, map, and develop long-term relationships with regional academic and clinical KOLs aligned to strategic product priorities.
Partner with Sales and other stakeholders to engage KOLs in speaker programs, investigator-initiated studies, publications, and educational initiatives. Translate KOL insights and influence into actionable feedback for product positioning, messaging, and pipeline strategy.
Support regional congresses, symposia, and educational events by securing KOL participation and shaping scientific narratives. Ensure all materials are compliant, customer-centric, and aligned with global brand standards.
