Key Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex insurance products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a strong advantage.
