Remote Senior Product Manager - Insurtech

About the Role

Our client, a disruptive force in the Insurtech space, is seeking an innovative and experienced Remote Senior Product Manager to drive the development and strategy of their cutting-edge insurance products. Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Insurtech products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify product opportunities and define requirements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning in an Agile environment.
• Launch new products and features, ensuring successful market adoption and user satisfaction.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on products based on user feedback and business metrics.
• Stay abreast of emerging Insurtech trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Act as a product evangelist, championing the product internally and externally.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent practical experience is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on digital products and technology, preferably within Insurtech or a related financial services domain.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and collaborative work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive product initiatives.
