Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end supply chain strategies to ensure efficient flow of goods from suppliers to consumers.
• Oversee demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation logistics for the FMCG product portfolio.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements across the supply chain.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, logistics providers, and other third-party partners.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Utilize advanced analytics and technology to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve delivery times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment of supply chain operations with business objectives.
• Manage and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the supply chain.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a significant portion in the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-channel supply chains.
• Expertise in demand planning, inventory optimization, WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing remote teams effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote work environment.
• Experience in international logistics and customs compliance is an asset.
