• Manage the entire robotics product development cycle from conception to market launch, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Define milestones and priorities for product development in collaboration with the technical product team and create product roadmaps.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including technical development, marketing, and sales.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and adjusting the strategy as needed.
• Analyze the market, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges, defining product vision, goals, and strategy.
• Manage the product budget and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Plan and execute Go-to-Market strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to increase product visibility.
• Continuously improve the product based on customer feedback and market demands.
You also have the following skills:
• Robotics expertise gained in a similar position, with a deep understanding of robotic products, the market, and emerging opportunities.
• Extensive knowledge of product development in robotics, software, or mechatronics.
• Strong understanding of the intersection between business and technology, particularly in robotics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German to effectively engage with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
• Openness to innovation and creative solutions.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany, Europe, and worldwide.
