What you bring You have experience in online marketing, performance marketing or paid marketing , especially in SEA and social media marketing . You are familiar with the planning, implementation and optimization of advertising campaigns, e.g. via Google Ads, Meta Ads or comparable platforms.

You have a good understanding of target groups, user behavior and data-based campaign management. You can evaluate campaigns, classify key figures and derive specific optimization measures from them. You have a basic understanding of editorial content, content marketing and digital reach. You work in a structured, analytical and creative manner.

You have a good feel for language for short, precise and target group-oriented advertising copy. What you do You plan, manage and optimize SEA and social media campaigns to support our editorial online portals. You further develop ads, target groups and campaign structures and test different approaches to improve performance.

You analyze relevant key figures, e.g. reach, clicks, conversions, costs and user behavior, and derive recommendations for action from this. You identify potential for new campaigns, landing pages or topic areas. You contribute to the further development of our digital marketing and reach strategy.
