Senior Account Based Marketing Manager Job Requisition ID #: 26WD100300 The Autodesk Account Based & Field Marketing team in EMEA is looking for a seasoned professional to join the team.

In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing account-based strategies that drive pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue growth for priority accounts and industry segments. The role partners closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and regional leadership to create integrated go-to-market programs.

Main Responsibilities • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies across 1 account clusters • Partner with Sales leadership to identify target accounts and align marketing plans with account priorities • Build integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns including: Digital marketing, Executive programs, Events, Webinars, Content marketing, Paid media • Drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and expansion opportunities • Analyze account insights and campaign performance to optimize marketing investments • Coordinate execution across multiple marketing functions including creative, campaign operations, analytics, events, and communications • Measure success using KPIs such as: Marketing-sourced pipeline, Influenced pipeline, Account engagement, Opportunity creation, ROI Minimum Qualifications • Strong B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing experience • Deep knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Pipeline and demand generation expertise • Sales alignment and stakeholder management • Data-driven decision making • Campaign planning and project management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Marketing automation and CRM familiarity (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Approximately 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience • Proven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue impact through marketing initiatives • Operates independently with minimal supervision • Owns strategy as well as execution for a significant marketing portfolio • Influences cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority • Makes data-driven decisions and recommendations • Contributes to marketing best practices • Acts as a trusted partner to Sales leadership rather than solely executing campaigns Salary transparency For Germany based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $74,000 and $107,800.
