Responsibilities Deeply understand the ways of working, needs, and pain points of legal professionals to identify high-impact opportunities. Define, track, and analyze key metrics to measure product success and guide decisions.
Collect and leverage user feedback, usability insights, and market research into clear product requirements that elevate user satisfaction. Discover and assess new product opportunities with a balance of ambition and pragmatism. Turn ideas into actionable initiatives, starting with focused MVPs and rapid experimentation.
Validate hypotheses with real users and iterate based on evidence. Lead the shift from prototypes and quick wins to scalable, robust product features. Improve existing products continuously to strengthen value, performance, and adoption. Qualifications 4+ years of significant experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
