Yearly total pay: $250,000–$350,000+, based on performance and Revenue Share (no cap). Includes: Base guaranteed salary : $120,000. This is your guaranteed pay during ramp-up, even before you have a full client portfolio.
Within 120 days, with a full client portfolio, consultants earn at least $17,500 in monthly salary and continue to grow from there. Our top consultants earn $300,000+ per year . How the performance is calculated : you earn more as you manage more clients, keep them longer, and generate referrals.
