Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Mid to Senior level | Berlin | B2B Performance Marketing
We are supporting a fast growing, AI native go to market agency in Berlin that is building out its paid media team. The business has grown to over 5M ARR over the last few years, with a team of 30+ and more than 200 B2B tech clients.
You want to build and manage German market leaders with five to six figure monthly budgets alongside a team of specialists
Agency or in house backgrounds both work, and B2B experience is a plus rather than a must.
The focus is on paid search and paid social for B2B tech clients, with monthly budgets in the five to six figure range across Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn. You own full ad accounts, make the calls on where budget goes, and work directly on the growth of German B2B software brands.
Because every client sits in B2B, budgets are higher and the strategic depth goes well beyond typical B2C performance work.
What you could be working on
• Taking full ownership of ad accounts and making independent decisions on how they develop
• Planning and building new ad accounts from scratch, getting up to speed quickly in complex industries
• Running paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn, with the option to specialise in one or more channels
• Keeping a close eye on all relevant KPIs and acting fast when something looks off or an opportunity appears
• Working closely with strategists, founders and client stakeholders
Who we're looking for
The client is open to a range of profiles:
• Experience: you have already built and managed paid search or paid social campaigns
• Way of working: analytical, proactive and solution oriented, comfortable making decisions without long approval loops
• Motivation: you want more than just a job.
