Translate customer insights into concrete local customer plans and initiatives, aligning activities with healthcare needs and aiming to create measurable impact across the patient journey.

Monitor performance, identify opportunities or deviations, and implement corrective actions to maximize the impact of marketing efforts through multi-channel and omnichannel approaches. IHR PROFIL University degree in business, natural sciences, psychology, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Significant professional experience in marketing, sales, and/or business analysis within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Minimum 2+ years recent strategic & operational experience in cardiology or nephrology. Experience in product launches is a plus.

Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a structured, results-oriented working style. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration, leadership without direct authority, and customer-focused communication.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with high self-motivation, adaptability, and accountability, using agile ways of working. Experience in designing and executing omnichannel campaigns, with the flexibility to reprioritize and problem-solve in fast-changing environments.

Strong presentation and negotiation abilities, with the capability to interpret complex data and scientific information and communicate it effectively to diverse audiences. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
