This is your opportunity to join a high-performing, ambitious, and fun team that thrives on innovation and impact! We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our new Portfolio Transformation Marketing Team in the Benelux. You’ll own projects end-to-end, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring impactful ideas to life.

Ensuring smooth alignment with key internal stakeholders including management teams. Collaborate with local and global teams to create synergies and lift & shift opportunities. In this exciting role, you’ll lead the charge in building tomorrow’s portfolio—starting with Variety Packs and Snackboxes.

Responsibilities Work closely with the Marketing Manager in developing strategy & plans for Portfolio transformation projects across NL & BE with speed and excellence. Understand local consumer & shopper needs deeply and put these at the heart of every plan.

Lead innovation projects for key growth platforms 2026+, delivering flawless execution on time. Leading campaign creation, and/or deploying global campaigns, for related projects considering the right communication strategy for Northern Europe. Manage budgets, POs, and reporting with full accountability.

Partner with creative agencies to develop impactful campaigns, designs and activations. Qualifications Solid 8+ years’ FMCG experience in end-to-end marketing (strategy to execution) with leading industry brands; accomplishment of solid campaigns; brand building & innovations. Creative problem-solver with fresh ideas and a can-do mindset.

Proven project management and ownership skills. Excellent communication & presentation skills and ability to navigate a matrix organization. Consumer Oriented Thinking – Passion to dig deeper in insights and bring clarity. Creative thinker- problem solver bringing new perspectives to problems; bringing new ideas.

Passion for bringing inspiration from Best In Class Examples from all around the world. Forward thinking & problem solution oriented mindset in complex projects. Commercial acumen and P&L understanding. Experience in agency management. Fluent in English & Dutch, with flexibility to travel between NL and BE. #J-18808-Ljbffr
