Job Description • Own paid growth across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, OpenAI, 6sense, and emerging channels • Build and scale ABM and revenue campaigns across priority accounts and markets • Own targeting, tracking, optimization, attribution, and reporting end to end • Brief creative and content teams on the assets needed to drive growth • Build high-converting landing pages with AI tools like Claude and Lovable • Improve SEO, GEO, AI-search visibility, and website conversion • Own HubSpot workflows, lists, campaign tracking, and CRM data quality • Turn data into clear insights for Marketing, Sales, and Leadership Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a top tier university • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing • Strong hands‑on experience managing paid channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, TikTok and display advertising (TikTok is a plus, Meta is a must) • Ideally, experience in user‑centric, content‑led B2B SaaS or a fast‑paced B2C digital marketing environment • Strong knowledge of websites, landing pages, SEO/GEO, conversion paths, and funnel optimization • Confident with HubSpot, tracking, attribution, dashboards, and reporting • Strong skills in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Looker Studio • Advanced use of LLMs for research, content, analysis, and automation • Strong judgment (taste) on when to use AI and when creativity, strategic thinking, and human taste matter more • Structured, proactive, analytical, and highly output‑oriented, with a strong test‑and‑learn mindset • Fluent in German and English Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page.
