This role requires a deep understanding of market needs, advanced technical expertise, and exceptional leadership to drive the success of our cutting-edge product portfolio.Job Responsibilities:**Define and champion the long-term product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company vision and market opportunities.Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.Translate complex business requirements and technical challenges into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories.Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support) through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.Serve as the primary technical expert for assigned product areas, providing guidance and making critical technical decisions.Drive product innovation through the exploration and integration of new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.Mentor and guide other product managers and technical leads, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to executive leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, analyzing data to inform future product iterations.Represent Parametric Technology GmbH at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements, articulating our product value proposition.Job Qualifications:**Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.15+ years of progressive experience in technical product management roles, with a significant portion in a senior or leadership capacity.Demonstrated track record of successfully bringing complex, innovative software products to market.* Deep expertise in [mention relevant industry or technology domain, e.g., CAD/CAM/CAE, PLM, IoT, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, specific programming languages, etc. - *This should be tailored based on Parametric Technology's specific focus*].Exceptional understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.Proven ability to define, prioritize, and manage complex product backlogs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing product teams.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and globally distributed environment.Life at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
