Working closely with the sales team, you segment target audiences, prioritize accounts, and ensure smooth lead qualification from MQL to SQL. You design multi-touch campaigns for defined target accounts and manage their successful execution and further development.
By setting up thoughtful lead nurturing flows, you continuously improve conversion rates throughout the entire customer journey. You plan, organize, and execute a variety of formats such as trade shows, roadshows, partner events, executive dinners, and digital events.
You analyze the performance of your campaigns using data-driven insights and monitor KPIs such as ROI, cost per lead, MQL/SQL conversion rate, and pipeline contribution. You manage the entire marketing funnel, including forecasting, goal setting, and quarterly planning.
You create impactful activations such as mailings, social snippets, short videos, or microsites that resonate with your audience. You oversee the budget for all demand generation activities and allocate resources strategically and efficiently.
Your Profile You bring 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or field marketing, ideally in SaaS/tech, e‑commerce, or retail environments. You have a proven track reco
