Your Responsibilities Strategic development of the global product portfolio and delivery of the global pipeline for the managed category Contribute to the global growth and innovation strategy Develop and implement international innovation and renovation projects – from the first idea to global rollout Create launch packages, go-to-market concepts, and phase-out plans Conduct market, trend, competitive, consumer, and shopper analyses, incl. deriving actionable insights Lead international, cross‑functional project teams and work closely with core markets and area managers Identify and leverage cross‑country synergies as well as continuously track and report performance Take responsibility for the product P&L, including potential analyses and business cases Your Profile Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or a comparable qualification At least 6 years of experience as a (Senior) Brand Manager in an international FMCG environment, ideally with strong global brands Solid expertise in brand and category management – analytically, strategically and operationally Experience in global project management, stakeholder management and international collaboration Strong communication skills, diplomatic finesse, and a collaborative mindset High execution power, hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm for innovation, and strategic foresight Excellent command of English, good German, and additional languages are a plus You see brand management as a strategic growth driver and take responsibility for developing a clear and ambitious vision for our products and our brand.
