You’ll work across channels and ensure that experimentation becomes a core capability of our Marketing team. You’ll work closely with CRM, Content, Design, Paid, and Product teams to continuously generate and implement learnings that improve our core business KPIs.
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Manager to own and scale our experimentation efforts focused on driving direct and repeat bookings. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we use our CMS as a growth lever, enabling fast and effective iteration of our web experience.
Beyond running experiments, you will be responsible for translating learnings into real business impact — identifying scalable opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives through to implementation.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and learning fast — and just as importantly, turning insights into tangible change at scale.
