Responsibilities • Strategic and operational steering of influencer‑marketing campaigns for our clients—from conception through successful execution and analysis. • Direct client support and advisory: first point of contact, strategy development, concept presentation, and campaign reporting. • Lead and develop a team of Influencer Marketing Managers, including mentoring, coaching and operational support. • Select, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships, including budget planning and performance analysis. • Ensure efficient processes and further develop internal workflows to optimize campaign results. • Coordinate closely with Performance Marketing and Creative teams to design data‑driven and creative campaigns. • Monitor current social‑media and influencer trends and derive best practices for continuous development of our strategy. • Responsible for quality assurance and success measurement of campaigns against defined KPIs.

Qualifications • Minimum 3–5 years experience in influencer marketing, social media or partnership management, ideally in an agency or fast‑growing company. • Fluency in German and English. • Experience in direct client management and campaign development. • Analytical and strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on mentality and result‑oriented working style. • Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers, influencers and internal stakeholders. • Solid knowledge in campaign analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting. • Interest in digital trends and developments with deep understanding of the influencer and social‑media landscape.
