Job Summary As a Senior IT Product Manager – ERP-Systems / Marketing & Sales you own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for all non‑financial ERP aspects within the Marketing & Sales Business Unit. You will lead the SAP/Implico‑based ERP platform, support its implementation, ensure stable operations, and drive continuous improvement.

Additional ERP systems such as OTIS and CODAS will also be managed in close partnership with stakeholders and external partners. Your Responsibilities Own the product vision and roadmap for SAP/Implico, OTIS, and CODAS aligned with stakeholder demands.

Manage day‑to‑day operations, stability and performance of the SAP/Implico platform after go‑live, including incident, change and release management. Act as overall IT product owner for additional ERPs, coordinate vendors and keep systems fit for purpose.

Analyse, design and continuously improve end‑to‑end business processes from product supply and order management to delivery planning, dispatching and final delivery. Identify, prioritise and implement process digitisation and automation opportunities across the ERP landscape, utilising AI where appropriate.

Qualifications University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (advanced degree a plus). Several years’ experience in IT Consulting or as an IT Product Manager in an asset‑heavy environment focused on ERP and order‑to‑cash / order‑to‑delivery processes.

Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end product lifecycles, defining roadmaps and KPIs/OKRs, and leading implementation, operations and continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP‑based or industry solutions such as Implico, OTIS, CODAS, including integration and automation tools.

Fluent in German (mandatory) and very good English; additional languages a plus. Key Attributes Strategic thinking and strong communication to influence stakeholders at all levels. Integrity and responsibility for sensitive topics. Adaptability to dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
