What you’ll be doing Owning and executing the marketing strategy across account-based marketing, demand generation, content, events, and thought leadership initiatives Building and running account-based marketing programmes targeting enterprise organisations across industrial sectors Partnering closely with Sales and leadership teams to generate pipeline and support strategic target accounts Developing messaging, content, campaigns, and founder-led marketing initiatives that resonate with enterprise buyers Driving awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities across complex buying groups Measuring marketing performance, analysing funnel effectiveness, and continuously improving campaign performance Building and scaling marketing processes, tooling, content, events, and ways of working Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and leadership teams Supporting revenue growth through pipeline generation and commercial marketing initiatives Strengthening market position through thought leadership, customer engagement, and targeted campaigns What we’re looking for Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, enterprise marketing, or a similar commercial marketing role Strong understanding of account-based marketing, demand generation, pipeline creation, and sales alignment Experience developing and executing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience operating effectively within startup or scale-up businesses Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure where it does not yet exist Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve commercial outcomes Self-starters with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership What you’ll get The opportunity to join a growing AI technology business at a key stage of growth High autonomy and ownership in a business-critical role The opportunity to shape how the business is positioned, discovered, and adopted by enterprise customers A collaborative environment focused on commercial impact and growth The opportunity to build and scale a marketing engine that drives measurable business outcomes The chance to help establish a recognised market leader within a rapidly evolving sector #J-18808-Ljbffr We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own and execute the marketing strategy for a fast-growing AI technology business.
