Filics is on a mission to reinvent how goods move through the spaces where the world's most important operations happen. Forklifts, AGVs, and today's AMRs all follow the same logic, and all of them pay for it in wasted space, rigid layouts, and slower flows. We dared to question that paradigm and changed it.

Our robots drive straight through load carriers like Euro pallets, using the pockets as tunnels to unlock a new dimension of movement. Leadership is given to those who show initiative and consistently deliver excellence. Work ethic and strong prioritization skills are important.

OUR CHALLENGE Filics has built a category‑defining product and is moving from early traction to scaled market presence. The market does not yet know us the way it should. Our competitors are louder, and the perception of what Filics can do still lags behind what we have already achieved in the field.

The challenge is to close that gap and position Filics as the category leader in intralogistics. This means building visibility across every relevant channel at once: online, offline, and PR.

We need a strong presence at the trade fairs where our buyers make decisions, a website that reflects the maturity of our product, a steady stream of qualified leads feeding sales, and a brand that talents, customers, and stakeholders recognize and trust. There is no marketing department to inherit.

You build the structure, the processes, the campaigns, and the reporting from zero, and you set the standard for how Filics shows up in the market. YOUR ROLE As Senior Marketing Manager, your mission is to position Filics as the category leader in intralogistics and to build the marketing function that makes that happen.

You own how Filics is seen by customers and you turn that visibility into a reliable pipeline of qualified leads.

You will: Plan and run our presence at the key industry fairs, LogiMAT and automatica, end to end: booth concept and build, pre‑event campaign, on‑site lead capture, and post‑event evaluation, delivering more and higher‑quality leads than the previous edition. Deliver a state‑of‑the‑art website with strong content and partner integration.

Establish a PR network that produces regular coverage across relevant trade journals and industry media. Design and run lead generation and nurturing campaigns, using outbound tooling and CRM to move contacts from first touch to sales‑ready.

Set up the structure, processes, and KPI reporting for marketing, and grow the function as the company scales.

REQUIREMENTS 5+ yrs. of B2B marketing experience in a technical environment, ideally with high‑tech hardware or software products Track record of building a marketing function, or significant parts of one, from scratch in a startup or SME, with demonstrable results Hands‑on experience with outbound tools and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Proven experience organizing trade fairs and events, including booth planning and on‑site execution Demonstrated success running lead generation and nurturing campaigns, with concrete examples of pipeline impact Independent, structured, and hands‑on way of working, comfortable building your own structure in an unstructured environment A generalist who can juggle many priorities in parallel, find focus, and prioritize against limited budget Strong communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1+) #J-18808-Ljbffr
