Your seat to fill Own the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns with a strong digital-first focus for CYBEX Child Safety/Child Seats – from go-to-market strategy and campaign briefings to cross-channel storytelling and international roll-out Lead the concept and execution of end-to-end product launches and tactical campaigns across the full marketing funnel – with the goal of driving both brand impact and commercial performance Translate brand and product strategies into compelling campaign concepts – including the definition of messaging, content ecosystems, channel strategies, and relevant KPIs Drive campaign execution in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners – ensuring alignment on timing, budget, and clear objectives Act as the central marketing interface for cross-functional go-to-market processes between Product Management, Digital, R Always questioning the status quo and not afraid of challenging the establishment, CYBEX has become not just a leader in child safety but is seen as an innovative lifestyle and fashion brand for parents.
