You act as a connector between clinical teams, marketing, and business leaders to ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment with company positioning. You enjoy using digital tools and methods to enable distributed teams to work toward a common goal, such as design thinking, concept boards and ChatGPT derivatives.
You demonstrate creative thinking and co‑creation capabilities, a pragmatic way of implementation, and a proactive working style in interdisciplinary, diverse teams. You are highly motivated with a proven track record of delivering results and guiding global, cross‑functional teams.

Your tasks and responsibilities You create customer‑facing content and marketing plans to position Siemens Healthineers as a thought leader in healthcare worldwide. You drive the end‑to‑end content creation process, from idea intake and ideation to content creation and repurposing.
You collaborate with regional markets and business units to co‑create digital marketing campaigns that reflect local and global healthcare priorities. You keep updating your knowledge about market trends and healthcare challenges by participating in key conferences and fairs.
You develop thought leadership marketing assets that address the strategic priorities, challenges, and opportunities faced by C‑level healthcare executives. You create compelling, high‑impact content for global forums, industry publications, executive roundtables, research reports, and multimedia assets.
You hold a master’s degree in healthcare, biomedical engineering, innovation, business administration or management studies with a focus on marketing. You have several years of professional experience in business, marketing or consulting. You have worked in agile environments within a corporate structure.
You possess profound experience in storytelling, messaging, and content creation for delivery to healthcare professionals. You have in‑depth knowledge of the healthcare sector and professional experience in the MedTech industry.
Your attributes and skills You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
