We’re looking for a data‑driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale our paid acquisition efforts across core channels to drive efficient, high‑quality customer growth for Greenlight.
This role will be responsible for optimizing CAC/LTV, advancing bidding and automation strategies, and building scalable performance marketing systems that accelerate both growth and efficiency.
You should have hands‑on experience managing, planning, launching and optimizing customer acquisition programs on performance marketing channels to drive sustainable growth at scale. This role reports to the Director, Growth Marketing . Your day to day: Own Performance Marketing Execution.
