You can run a structured technical investigation and handle day-to-day GTM work independently. • You lead structured experimentation and continuous optimisation across the full user journey, improving our key KPIs through data-driven decisions. • You translate performance insights into clear creative direction – testing angles and iteration priorities – and actively fuel a high-velocity creative learning loop with our in-house creative team. • You explore and validate new paid growth opportunities to diversify beyond Meta, while proactively managing performance risk. • You partner with BI to deepen analysis quality and refine reporting frameworks that connect platform performance to business impact. • You act as a senior sparring partner and mentor for our other performance marketing manager – with a genuine perspective to grow into a lead role.

What you bring – must-haves • 5+ years in performance marketing with deep expertise in paid social, particularly Meta • Experience with subscription business models • A strong focus on sales campaigns, measured on revenue and ROAS • You have personally managed monthly budgets of €700k+ – ideally €1M+ • You joined a consumer brand during its growth phase and helped scale it – you know what changes on the way up • Hands‑on experience implementing or adapting CAPI/Pixel tracking set‑ups • You have addressed attribution and incrementality challenges in practice • Deep technical and analytical understanding, and the communication skills to work tightly with tech, data and creative teams • Proficiency in English Nice to have • Experience in a regulated industry (health, finance, dating – you know how to grow where platforms set tight rules) • First experience scaling TikTok and/or Google/YouTube alongside Meta • You have drafted and scaled a multi‑channel performance strategy • You have automated campaign management or reporting • German or Spanish This is NOT for you if… • Your background is mostly agency‑side • You mainly ran upper funnel/brand campaigns • Your budgets stayed in the low six figures • You joined companies only after they have scaled • You prefer working far away from tech and creative teams What we offer • A highly attractive package that fairly mirrors what is expected from you and the impact you’ll have on femtasy. €60–85k gross per year, depending on experience. • An inspiring, highly performance oriented company culture built on freedom, collaboration, open feedback and ownership – plus the trust and resources to bring your ideas to life.

You'll own a medium to high 7-digit annual media budget, around 70% of it on Meta, and you'll be measured by blended ROAS and net-new revenue.

What you do • You own and evolve our paid growth strategy for DACH & FR – with a clear focus on Meta and a medium to high 7-digit annual media budget – including budget planning and forecasting. • You own the health and performance impact of our tracking set-up (Pixel + CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, TikTok API): you diagnose issues, specify fixes with clear acceptance criteria, and partner with Data & Engineering to implement.
