About your new role
•
You will take on hands‑on technical responsibility for the planning, development, and further development of our Google Shopping and CSS campaigns (setup, structure, scaling, performance).
•
You will manage budgets and KPIs, identify growth drivers, and derive concrete measures to increase performance and efficiency.
•
You will be responsible for continuous performance monitoring and the operational implementation of optimizations (testing, iterations, rollouts).
•
You will develop optimization approaches and ensure continuous tracking, ongoing analysis, and meaningful reporting.
•
You will drive topics related to Google Merchant Center & feed quality (e.g., data quality, attributes, rules, diagnostics, policies) and work closely with relevant interfaces.
•
You will test hypotheses through structured tests, substantiate them with data, and establish learnings as best practices within the team.
•
You will be the technical contact person for Shopping/CSS, advise internal stakeholders, and implement market/platform trends.
Skills & Requirements
•
Several years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Shopping (end‑to‑end ownership, hands‑on implementation).
•
Excellent CSS expertise and a deep understanding of the mechanics and levers in the shopping ecosystem.
•
High level of confidence in Google Merchant Center and all feed and data topics (data quality, attributes, rules, diagnostics, policies).
•
Strong analytical skills: clear KPI logic, structured testing, prioritization, and implementation.
•
High technical affinity and experience with analysis, tracking, and ideally feed management tools.
•
Ownership mentality: You take responsibility and drive issues forward independently, pragmatically, and with a strong focus on implementation.
•
Very good written and spoken German and English.
•
Nice to have: agency experience, PMAX/shopping automation, incrementality experiments, SQL/BigQuery, and dashboarding (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).
