Communicate with Impact: Ensure agile, transparent and proactive project communication at eye level—both internally and directly with your clients. Simplify Complexity: Translate complex data into understandable reports to create maximum transparency.
Shape Success: Continuously expand your skills in holistic digital marketing strategies across the full funnel—from Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and other social channels.
Requirements Performance Background: At least 4 years of solid professional experience in performance marketing, ideally at a digital agency or in a dynamic in‑house environment. Consulting & Customer Empathy: Strong consulting skills and the ability to deeply understand your clients' business models, challenges and needs.
Growth Mindset: A genuine passion for digital marketing, B2C/B2B e‑commerce and enthusiasm for holistic full‑funnel approaches. Channel Expertise: Hands‑on experience with one or more channels (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads or YouTube). You don't need to master everything—the more prior knowledge you bring, the better.
Analytical Depth: Strong analytical skills, a pronounced affinity for numbers and a solid intuition for data, statistics and logical relationships.
Tech & Tracking Affinity: Ideally some familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio for data visualization, and very confident use of Google Sheets.
Trusted Partner: Strong communication skills, an open and bold personality and the willingness to grow continuously both professionally and personally.
Language & Background: Fluent German and good English skills, and a degree in marketing, e‑commerce, media or business administration—or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in performance marketing with a focus on digital strategies across various channels, including Google Ads and social media platforms.
