Job Summary Government Experience Insights (GXI) is an emerging product suite within the company Experience ecosystem that helps government organizations better understand, improve, and scale how they serve their communities and operate internally.
The Principal Product Manager will spend significant time directly with customers and prospects to understand their goals, workflows, pain points, operational realities, and use cases, then translate those insights into a focused product roadmap.
They will partner closely with UX, engineering, product marketing, sales, customer success, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
