We are looking for experienced Senior and Principal Product Managers to drive product strategy, innovation and growth across the following domains:

• HR
• Finance & Accounting (DACH markets: Germany, Austria and Switzerland)
• ERP
• Document Management Systems (DMS)

We’re looking for highly data-driven product leaders with strong discovery skills, proven Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience and the ability to transform complex product portfolios into scalable, customer-centric SaaS solutions.

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap across the relevant product portfolio.
• Lead product consolidation and modernization, transforming on-premise solutions into scalable cloud-based platforms.
• Embed Product-Led Growth throughout the product lifecycle, driving measurable improvements in activation, adoption, monetization and retention.
• Develop and scale AI-native product capabilities and agentic workflows that deliver tangible customer value through intelligent automation.
• Lead and develop Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a strong product culture and high-performing teams.
• Translate customer insights, market opportunities and business requirements into clear product decisions in close collaboration with Engineering, Revenue, Operations and C-level stakeholders.
• Drive platform strategy, cloud transformation and product integration across complex portfolios.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive SaaS Product Management experience, ideally in Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Invoicing, Payments or Expense Management, with a strong understanding of business processes and customer needs.
• A proven track record of delivering measurable Product-Led Growth outcomes in a SaaS environment.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and product discovery capabilities, combining customer insights, experimentation and analytics.
• Experience with AI-powered products or AI-native capabilities, from problem definition to scaling, including intelligent automation and agentic systems.
• Experience leading larger Product Management teams and managing complex product portfolios, platform strategies and cloud transformations.
• Exposure to post-merger integrations and product portfolio consolidation is highly valued.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at C-level and investor level.
• Business fluency in English.
