Requirements Proven 7+ years of experience working as a product/program manager, or similar profile, with high-performing cross‑functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, finance, operations) in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross‑functional teams towards a shared vision and goals.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different regions and time zones. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executives, engineers, and other cross‑functional teams.
Be the voice of the customer and define user personas and customer journey map to identify customer pain points. Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on a deep understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features. Lead the entire product life cycle, from ideation through development, pricing, delivery, and support. Work with multiple engineering, sales channels, and partners.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive product knowledge, identify new solutions, and ensure integrated roadmaps and joint Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategies. Communicate program plans effectively to leadership, partnering with Commercial and Sales leaders for customer visits, tradeshows, and events.
Develop and implement the product roadmap, execute product strategy, manage customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive sales support partnering. Drive innovative product development initiatives by leveraging cutting‑edge technologies and staying abreast of industry trends.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Establish mechanisms for gathering continuous customer feedback through surveys, usability studies, and other means. Embrace agile methodologies to drive iterative development.
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for end‑to‑end product delivery. Ability to drive initiatives from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement. Deep understanding of customer needs and a relentless focus on delivering customer value.
Track record of driving customer‑centric product development and improvements. Proficient in data analysis and leveraging data to make informed decisions. Experience with metrics‑driven product management and the ability to use data insights to guide strategy and implementation.
An MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Experience in the Fire industry, products, technology, and or fire/codes. Savviness on emerging trends, technology and competitive landscape.
Ability to leverage industry insights to inform product strategy and differentiate offerings in the market. Familiarity with SaaS product lifecycle and delivery methodologies. Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics) to interpret user data and product performance.
Experience with agile methodologies including sprint planning and backlog management and a track record of successfully delivering products in iterative, fast‑paced environments. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align product strategies with broader business goals.
Experience developing and executing product roadmaps that contribute to the overall success of the business. Experience working in a global context, understanding diverse market needs and tailoring product strategies accordingly. Strong innovative thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to identify opportunities, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. Proven ability to navigate and influence in a matrixed organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
