Requirements 5+ years experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, ideally in ecommerce, cosmetics/beauty, or health tech Proven track record in landing page optimization, funnel design, and basket/checkout improvements Hands‑on experience with Shopify or similar commerce platforms Strong understanding of UX, user psychology, and customer behavior Skilled in A/B testing tools, analytics platforms, and experimentation frameworks.
