What You'll Be Doing
• Own and develop a backend-heavy SaaS product and dashboard
• Translate complex tax and business requirements into clear product solutions
• Work closely with tax specialists, engineers and other key stakeholders
• Lead discovery to understand workflows, problems and opportunities
• Define requirements and priorities for engineering teams
• Manage complex system dependencies and product workflows
• Use data and customer insight to support product decisions
• Drive delivery from problem definition through to launch and iteration
• Balance business needs, technical constraints and user requirements
What They're Looking For
• Strong Product Management experience within complex software environments
• Business-fluent German
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineers
• Experience with backend-heavy, process-driven products
• Comfortable managing complex workflows and system dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
• Data-driven approach to product decisions
• Ability to quickly understand complex or unfamiliar domains
Nice to Have
• FinTech or B2B SaaS experience
• KYC or compliance workflow experience
• Tax or accounting software experience
• Experience with risk, onboarding or regulatory platforms
• Workflow automation experience
