As Rivia scales, there is a clear path to leading a PM team. /p h3bThe Role /b /h3 pAs Senior Product Manager at Rivia, you own the path from idea to adopted feature: customer discovery, mockups, specs, weekly refinement, launches, and measurement of impact.

You also build the product management function itself, with light processes (PRDs, documentation, releases, prioritization) that a future product team builds on, and you own product coherence: the principles that keep features consistent as the platform grows. /p pbWorking Model: /b This role is based on‑site in our Zürich office. /p h3bWhat Excites You /b /h3 ul liShipping products that cut clinical trial timelines by multiple weeks.

Each day saved is worth millions to our customers and brings therapies to patients sooner. /li liWorking directly with customers, biotech teams running global clinical trials, to understand problems and turn them into delightful solutions. /li liDefining how product management works, from first principles, as the first product hire in an engineer‑led team. /li liJoining a team that already works AI‑native: agentic features run in production on live trials, customers connect their own agents through the Rivia MCP, and much of the roadmap ahead is AI products.

No surprise launches. /li libAI‑Powered Product Development: /b Use AI agents in your daily work, including AI‑generated mockups to accelerate discovery, and identify where AI unlocks new value for clinical teams. /li libProduct Function Building: /b Set up light processes (PRDs, documentation, release process, prioritization) that the team actually follows. /li /ul h3bWhat Excites Us /b /h3 ul li7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with technical products /li liYou have been the first or sole PM at a B2B startup and built the product function around an engineer‑led team /li liHas taken at least one product from idea to production with demonstrable adoption /li liHands‑on product analytics: built measurement from zero with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar /li liHas designed and run product processes (refinement, discovery, launches) that engineering teams actually kept /li liAI‑native way of working: uses AI agents in daily product work, with concrete examples /li liComfortable being the only product person: self‑directed, builds the function while running it /li liClinical trials, drug development, or health data experience is a strong plus.

Your job is to take it over, build the function, and make shipping high quality products repeatable. You work directly with engineers, customers, and stakeholders, and report to the CTO. /p pYou will be deep in the detail: talking to customers, writing specs, monitoring usage, keeping delivery moving.

You work the same way, from AI‑built mockups to agent‑driven analysis. /li /ul h3bResponsibilities /b /h3 ul libProduct Execution: /b Own the full product lifecycle for your scope: discovery, spec, delivery, and post‑launch measurement. /li libCustomer Stakeholder Loops: /b Run structured feedback loops with customers and internal stakeholders. /li libUsage Monitoring Metrics: /b Set targets before building, measure feature health after launch, and make kill, iterate, or double‑down calls on the data. /li libLaunches: /b Coordinate marketing, CS, and sales around every release so it lands prepared.
